Camella T. Grass Hardy, 83, of Dunbar, died Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009, at home. Born 
May 23, 1926, in Dunbar, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Petrosky 
Grass. She was a member of St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church and its Altar and 
Rosary Society. She previously had been employed as a sales associate by Ames 
Department Store. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her 
husband, James Hardy, in 1992; and a brother, William Francis Grass (Tazzy). She is 
survived by a daughter, Anita Welty and husband, Larry, of Mt. Pleasant; a son, John 
Hardy and companion, Brenda, of Dunbar; three grandchildren, Leslie Brooks, John 
Hardy Jr. and Jamie Hardy; several great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and 
nieces and nephews. Visitation from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in the 
BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville St., Dunbar, with rosary at 4 
p.m. Prayers will be said at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home, followed by 
Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, Dunbar, 
with Monsignor J. Edward McCullough as celebrant. Interment in Mt. Auburn Cemetery.
