The marriage record for Thomas Wainhouse and Nancy Wilson says both are 
previously unmarried ("bachelor, spinster"). I think whoever filled out the death 
certificate for Anne Margaret Wainhouse O'Brien was confused in some way. Could 
Ann have remarried? No ... her death is reported as Wainhouse

There is a familysearch record for Ann Wilson chr 30 Apr 1797 Minthorpe, 
Westmoreland, dtr of Robert Wilson.
another record shows baptism at Heversham, Westmorland.
my notes from July 2009 then state "next record chr at Heversham, dtr of Robert and 
Agnes Kilner Wilson" but I cannot replicate this ... is it from the IGI? Apparently not.
It's from England and Wales Christening Records on ancestry (idx only), also gives 
George Kilner as maternal grandfather
1841 UK census born in Westmoreland, can't read town but looks like Milnethorpe
