Emma, sometimes called daughter and heiress, but certainly a close relative, of Hugh 
de Port, feudal Lord of Semer, near Scarborough, and a Saxon. [Burke's Peerage]

Note: According to Complete Peerage & also Origins of Some Anglo-Norman Families, 
Hugh de Port, was a Norman; perhaps Burke's is stating that his wife was a Saxon, at 
least that is the way I am interpreting it.
