Again: the geopolitical entities of Rhineland, Prussia & Rheinhessan, Hesse-Darmstadt 
did not exist until about a thousand years later, lasted about 100 years & since 1945 
no longer exist. You have been using modern designations for French locations = 
Town, Department, Region, France. To do the same with these 2 places, it would be 
(in English): Aachen, Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany & Ingelheim am 
Rhein, Mainz-Bingen, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany.
