I am going to check into the Lytheram links. But I am going to be cautious using this 
site. Why?

Well it claims that "our" Sarah Kendall married John Davie (which if true means she 
could not have married Thomas Maule). There is a record of a marriage in 1707 
between John Davie and Sarah Kendall. It takes place in 1707. Sarah Kendall, 
daughter of Joseph, would have been 20. That's awfully young for that era. And, the 
marriage is in Drayton Bassett, not Tamworth. Yet we know the family did not move 
from Tamworth. Why not at the bride's church?

The answer is that there is ANOTHER Sarah Kendall, born 31 Dec 1679 in Stafford, 
Staffordshire, daughter of James and Elizabeth Kendall. She almost surely is not "our" 
Sarah Kendall because she would be having her children with Thomas Maule in her 
forties and then having her children with Henry Clifton in her fifties. This Sarah 
Kendall is the one who married John Davie, and she would be 28 at the marriage, 
which makes more sense.
