DAVID L. BENNER, 90, of Memphis, retired vice president of Allen & O'Hara, died 
Monday at Saint Francis Nursing Home. Memorial Park Funeral Home has charge. He 
was an Army veteran. Mr. Benner, the widower of June O. Benner, leaves two 
daughters, Christina L. Nottingham of Memphis and DeNell Benner of Grand Rapids, 
Mich.; a sister, Mary Cockerill of Los Gatos, Calif.; a brother, James Benner of 
Morgantown, W.Va., and a granddaughter. The family requests that any memorials be 
sent to the American Heart Association.Edition: Final
