Cirasuolo he is shown as the son of Andrea Cirasuolo and Domenica Rosa Marranzino. 
He died 20 Apr 1750, age about 8 months, so would fit this Guglielmo Andrea.
It does not appear there are two of the same name born in the same year in roughly 
the same month. If there are two, then there is a missing birth record and probably a 
missing death record.
My guess is that there is an error in one of the records.
