He was born in Vineland, N.J., and lived in Port St. Lucie for 17 years, coming from 
Kendall Park, N.J. 

Survivors include his son, Robert Blackburn of Kendall Park; and two grandchildren. 

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Marettia Blackburn.

Fort Pierce, FL 34945.
