to 8 p.m. Thursday in the church with 7:30 p.m. Masonic services. Burial: Resthaven 
Memorial Gardens, Mattoon. Arrangements by: Johnson Funeral Home, Effingham. 
Memorials: Centenary United Methodist Church, Effingham Lions Club or Lincolnland 
Hospice. 

 Member: Centenary United Methodist Church and Effingham Masonic Lodge 149.
