	Lloyd worked for the Pa. Railroad and then in 1921 worked for the Pa. 
Highway Dept.  In 1937, he retired and bought the Franklin News Co., Franklin, Pa.  
Lloyd was an active member of St. John's Episcopal Church, Franklin, Pa where he 
was senior warden emeritis and superintendent of the Sunday School.
	Emily and Lloyd did not have children.
