Clifford Russell Cooley Sr. was a great husband, father and grandfather. When he past 
away due to heart failure, he left three children (Sandra Ann Parker, Clifford Russell 
Cooley Jr. & Paul Bertrand Cooley). He also left three grand children (Kacie Shannon 
Parker, Eric John Parker & James Russell Parker). He was married to Anna Marie 
Cooley for over 40 years. He was laid to rest at the Perkins Cemetery in Perkins, 
Oklahoma.

He was a Master Electrician for over 40 years. He retired and moved New York to 
Oklahoma to be near his Daughter and her family in the early 1980s. He later moved to 
Perkins, Oklahoma were he built a house for his wife. Mrs. Cooley died in 1985 just 
one year before the house was completed. 

Mr. Cooley loved working with his hands and building things. He would spend many 
hours in his shop working on projects.

The biggest highlight of the Cooley's life was living in Rochester County, New York 
just a mile down the road from Oliver Burgess Meredith who was best known for 
playing the penguin in the old Batman series. 

Mr. Cooley was laid to rest next to his wife (Anna M. Cooley) at the Perkins Cemetery 
in Perkins, Oklahoma
