Paul Bertrand Cooley was the youngest child of Clifford R. Cooley Sr. & Anna M. 
Cooley. Paul left behind a brother (Clifford R. Cooley Jr.), sister (Sandra A. Parker-
Nichols), two nephews (Eric J. Parker & James R. Parker), a Neuse (Kacie S. Parker) 
and several great nephews and Neuse (Trevor Parker, Erica Parker, Brittany Parker & 
Alexandra Parker). 

Paul lived just north of Perkins, Oklahoma in a family home that his father Clifford R. 
Cooley Sr. built back in the 1980s. Paul lost his mother in 1985 do to cancer and his 
father in 2000 do to heart failure. 

Paul spent many hours delivering meals to the elderly in the Stillwater area. 

Paul was born with Cerebral Palsy but, he never let this stop him. Paul, like his mother 
lost the battle with cancer in 2007. 

Paul was laid to rest next to his parents (Clifford R. Cooley Sr. and Anna B. Cooley) at 
the Perkins Cemetery in Perkins, Oklahoma.
