	Arthur attended Westtown School from 1886 until 1892.  From 1892 until 
1899, he was employed by Queen and Company; in the latter year he formed his own 
firm.
	Arthur was a director of the Provident Mutual Life Insurance Co from 1923 
until his death. He was a member of the board of directors of Bryn Mawr College from 
1912 until his death and of the board of managers of Haverford College from 1921 
until his death. He lived in Haverford, Pa.
   Samuel Abbott Willits' grandmother was a sister of Daniel Leeds, father of Barclay 
Leeds who married Mary Maule (1E964).
