A Petition to change the name of Allison Haynes, born 6-11-57, in Warwick, RI, 
residing at 2394 Freeman Lk Rd Oldtown, has been filed in Bonner County District 
Court, Idaho. The name will change to Allison Hare, because it is the same name as 
my children.

The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of his closest blood 
relatives are: Fredrick M. Blesch, 700 Knollwood Circle Ft. Collins Co/Kristen Blesch, 
185 Herrman Lk Lp Rd., Sagle, ID. The petitioner's mother is living and her address is 
13574 Old Tree Way, Saratoga, CA.

A hearing on the petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock AM on June 17, 2008, at the 
County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can show the court a 
good reason against the name change.
