	Harold worked for two years for an advertising agency. He was hired by the 
Dept. of the Interior to promote that department's educational policies and systems. 
He retired from the Dept. of Education on Oct. 30, 1963.
   William and Elizabeth had no children.
	In 1981, Elizabeth lived at 134 Colony Rd., Silver Spring, Md. 20903. In 
1984, she lived at 12325 New Hampshire Ave., Silver Spring, Md. 20904.

worked first for an advertising agency, then hired by U.S. Dept of Interior to use his 
creative talents to sell that department's policies and theories on educational systems 
and teaching methods to local and state school districts. He helped organized 
seminars and travelled throughout the U.S.
He wrote poetry, songs and other writings, some of each being published.
The Department of Education was formed from the group he worked for, and at that 
time his responsibilities were expanded. He retired Oct 30 1963.
