1981 book:
	Howard attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 1931. He was an 
engineering surveyor for Bechtel-Kayser Corp. from 1931 until 1932. In Aug. 1933, he 
became superintendent and later manager of the bronze factory and steel mill of La 
Consolidada in Mexico. From Aug. 1942 until Nov. 1945, he served as production 
planning and procurement officer with the Chief of U.S. Army Engineers in 
Washington, D.C. He returned to La Consolidada as manager of the steel rolling mill in 
Nov. 1945.
Howard and Mildred were divorced.
	In 1981, Ernestine lived at 5806 Surrey, Chevy Chase, Md. In 1984, she 
moved to 700 John Ringling Blvd., Apt. 2305, Sarasota, Fla. 33577.
