Katherine Louise Ward, 37, of Middletown, died Friday, Nov. 14, 2003, at Hospice of 
Cincinnati in Blue Ash. Mrs. Ward was born June 20, 1966, in Mississippi, the 
daughter of Henry Jatzek, Jr., and Pat (Morgan) Jatzek. She attended the Breiel 
Boulevard First Church of God. 

She is survived by her husband, Joseph Russell Ward, II; two daughters, Jessica 
Jatzek and Lisa Lamb; two sons, Joey Ward and Josh Ward; one grandson, Cameron 
Jatzek; a sister, Terry McCarty; two brothers, Henry Jatzek, III, and Howard Jatzek; 
and many loved ones and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her father and daughter, Joanna Ward. 

ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Butler County 
Memorial Park Chapel, with Pastor David Colp officiating. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. 
until the time of the service Tuesday at the chapel. Burial will be in Butler County 
Memorial Park.
