"VELMA R. HINKLE. Velma R. Kinkle (?), 77, Kokomo, died at St. Joseph's Memorial 
Hospital in Kokomo about 1:45 p.m. Saturday. She was a native of Dunkirk, born on 
March 24, 1905, the daughter of Frances E. Lineback and Helen Reynolds.
"She was married to Willie Guy Hinkle on Sept. 27, 1927. He preceded her in death in 
March of 1980.
"Mrs. Hinkle was a member of the Grace Methodist Church and the Women's 
Department club in Kokomo and was active in the Red Cross.
"She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Constance Cheek of Kokomo, and five 
grandchildren.
"Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Young-Nichols Funeral 
Home with Rev. Lee Mangold officiating. Burial will be in the Tetersburg Cemetery. 
Friends may call at the funeral home from 4 to 9 p.m. today."
