with his sister (Mrs. Albert Cressingham), on day he disappeared he obtained a license 
to marry Katherine Gill, who said she was going to Pittsburgh. License had wrong age 
and address for him, and both said they had not previously been married. He had 
worked since Jan 1908 as switchboard operator for Health Dept.
