 NEWMARKET - Peter Nicholas Popov, on June 29, 2014, beloved husband of Lela 
Love; devoted father of Nicole and Brad Doppelt; loving grandfather of Hunter; 
wonderful friend to all who knew him. His love for Great Bay led to the preservation of 
large tracts of land in New Hampshire. As a maritime attorney he took joy in 
connecting people around the world, resulting in many successful shipping 
arrangements. He left far too soon and will be greatly missed. 

 There will be a private burial in New Hampshire. In lieu of flowers, the family requests 
that donations be made to the Nature Conservancy.
