Christopher Wayne Girton, 42, of Indianapolis died at 2 p.m. Friday January 3, 1997, 
at his home.
He had been a service station attendant for several years.
Funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Norman Funeral Home at Hope, 
Indiana with Rev. J. Wesley Hertel officiating. Calling will be from noon until service 
time Wednesday. Burial will be at Flat Rock Cemetery.
Mr. Girton was born in Columbus December 26, 1954, the son of Wayne J. Girton of 
Unionville and Betty Jean Mitchell Girton of Greenwood.
Other survivors include a sister, Shelia Girton of Greenwood, and a grandmother, 
Glathia Mitchell of Franklin.
