With husband, Walter, compiled "The Corbin Collection" used by genealogists for New 
England research. The Corbin Collection consists of transcribed church records, vital 
records, cemeteries, probate files, bibles, genealogies and interviews. It mainly covers 
Western Massachusetts with some entries for CT, RI, NH, Ohio and Iowa.

Lottie S. Corbin, was reporter for the 'Hamp Gazette
Nokomis, Fla. - Lottie S. Corbin, 96, of Nokomis, retired nine-year school teacher, died 
Sunday in Venice Hospital.
She was a 21-year correspondent for the Northampton (Mass.) Daily Hampshire 
Gazette.
A native of Monson, Mass., and 1901 graduate of Monson Academy, she was a winter 
resident of Florida since 1963, and before that, lived in Florence section of 
Northampton.
She was past president of Northampton Women's Republican Club and a member of 
Northampton Women's Club, Northampton Unitarian Church, and Florence Business 
and Civic Association.
The Rawles Funeral Home, Venice, is in charge.
