SHEILA GRIFFIN, who was Omaha branch chairwoman of the Federal Reserve Bank 
in Kansas City from 1990 to 1994, died Wednesday in Lincoln, Neb. She was 60. Ms. 
Griffin was an international trade adviser to Gov. Ben Nelson and a former member of 
the Coordinating Commission for Post-secondary Education, which oversees the 
state's colleges and universities.
