CAMBRIDGE - Samuel M. Nowell, 71, of Grove Street, died Sunday at home.
Born in Philadelphia, Pa., educated in schools in Media, Pa., moved to Cambridge 
after his military service.
Survivors include his wife, Patricia Platt Nowell; a daughter, Elizabeth Nowell of High 
Point, N.C.; a son, Andrew Nowell of Redwood City, Calif.; two brothers, Foster Nowell 
Jr. of Glen Mills, Pa. and Dr. Peter C. Nowell of Media, Pa.; and four grandchildren.
Quillinan Funeral Service, Delmar.
Cremation will take place at the Gardner-Earl Crematory, Troy.
