KENNETH A. MADDEN FORT ATKINSON, Wis. - Kenneth A. Madden passed away 
Wednesday, June 10, 2009, in Cloque, Minn. Longtime resident of Rockford, Ill., and 
Milwaukee. Predeceased by mother, Elaine (Nichols) Hendrickson; father, Reginald 
Madden; brother, Clayton "Skip" Hendrickson; and his cherished wife of 31 years, 
Cynthia Lingelback. Dearest father of Polly (Hector) Delgado, Dora Madden, Kenneth 
T. Madden, Michael Madden and David Madden. Cherished grandfather of Brittany, 
Vynessa, Autumn, Davie, Maliyah, Hector, Joseph and Preston. Beloved brother of 
James (Connie) Madden, Gwendolyn (Rocky) Anderson and Chris Hendrickson and 
family. Further survived by many nieces, nephews and countless friends, including his 
"girls," Princess and Josie. He will be greatly missed by all. Visitation from 1 to 3 p.m. 
Sunday, June 14, in Dunlap Memorial Home, 604 S. Main St., Fort Atkinson, with 
memorial service to follow.
