Prowe, William Charles Jr., of West Palm Beach and formerly Boca Raton born 
September 6, 1952, passed away peacefully in his home December 17, 2002. He is a 
1972 graduate of Boca Raton High School and had been employed by the City of 
West Palm Beach Water Utilities Department for 27 years. His loving wife, Debra Anne 
Lankford Prowe, preceded him in death in March 1998. He is survived by his mother, 
Barbara St. Germain; 2 sisters and brother, Linda Jackson (Richard), Carol Stankee 
(Glen) and Mark Prowe (Peg Lesiak). Friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass 
Saturday, February 8, 2003, 11:00 AM at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church Chapel, 
370 SW 3 St, Boca Raton. Graveside services will be held in Simsbury, CT. The family 
suggests in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
