MCPEAK, FRANKLIN E. "RUSTY", 83 Ocala - Franklin E. "Rusty" McPeak, 83, 
passed away January 3, 2008. Born in Mt. Pleasant, Ohio, he came to this area in 
1983 from Dayton, Ohio. He was a retired Civil Service employee for the Foreign Tech. 
Division at Wright Patterson AFB in Ohio. He was also an Army Veteran of WWII and a 
Lodge, Scottish Rite and Antioch Temple Shrine, where he was also a "Bobbie". He 
was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Ocala, a Golden Eagle in Xenia, OH, 
B.P.O.E. in Xenia, OH and the Moose Lodge in Ocala. He is survived by his son, 
Samuel McPeak and his wife Kyong of Beavercreek, OH; sister, Mary Lois Welshans 
of Martin Ferry, OH; granddaughter, Sheryl L. McPeak of Witchita, KS; longtime 
companion, Roberta "Bobbie" Hults of Ocala, her son, Martin Hults and his daughter, 
Jennifer both of Fairmont, WV, her daughter, Janice Stadin and her daughter Christina 
both of Cleveland, OH. He was preceded in death by his brother, Brian McPeak. 
Visitation will be held at ROBERTS FUNERAL HOMES, Downtown Chapel (606 SW 
2nd Ave. Ocala 622-4141) on Wednesday (January 9th) from 11AM - 12Noon. A 
Funeral Service with Military Honors will follow at the Funeral Home at 12Noon, In lieu 
of Flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Disabled 
American Veterans.
