 ROCK HILL Mr. Vincent James Anstey, 73, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at the 
Wayne T. Patrick Hospice House in Rock Hill, S.C. 

 The funeral will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Inspiration Baptist Church, with 
the Rev Roland Dry officiating. Burial will be at Rock Hill Memorial Gardens. 

 Born in Buffalo, N.Y., Mr. Anstey was the son of the late Vincent William Anstey and 
Verna Pantling Anstey and was married to the late Elizabeth Schawel Anstey. He was 
a member of Inspiration Baptist Church, retired from Duke Energy and was a Mason 
and a Shriner. 

 Survivors include sons, Scott and Cliff Anstey of Rock Hill; daughter, Lisa Anstey of 
Harrisburg, N.C.; and six grandchildren. 

 The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Greene Funeral Home 
Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill.
