He and Donna plaintiffs in Sharpless v Malone, 1997 US Dist LEXIS 10079 No 96-
5100 (ED PA 1997), involving land in West Marlborough Twp. that they agreed to sell 
to a buyer who failed to comply with the contract. At the time they resided in 
Avondale. They "were experiencing financial difficulties arising out of the failure of 
their mushroom business." The land apparently was the mushroom business land. The 
agreement of sale was signed in 1986.
