89 - of Ocean City passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at Shore Medical 
Center in Somers Point. 

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was formerly of Broomall, PA and spent many summers 
since 1977 in Ocean City before moving here permanently in 2001. 

Mrs. Rodia worked as an Investigator for the United States Census Bureau in 
Philadelphia, PA. She volunteered at local humane societies and loved her family, 
friends and all animals. 

She was predeceased by her husband Samuel P. Rodia. Surviving are a daughter, 
Elizabeth Reese and her husband David of Middletown, DE, two grandchildren, John 
David Reese of Binghamton, NY and Stephen Reese of Cortland, NY. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered Monday morning at 10 o'clock from St. 
Augustine's RC Church, 13th Street at Wesley Avenue, Ocean City, NJ where friends 
may call from 9 am until 9:45. Burial will follow mass in Holy Cross Cemetery, Yeadon, 
PA. 

The family suggests those who desire send memorial contributions to the Humane 
Society of Atlantic County, 1401 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, NJ 08401.
