Frank attended T.G. Morton School, Tilden Junior High School, and John 
Bartram Senior High School, all in Philadelphia, Pa. He graduated from 
Bartram in 1944.
Frank was an altar boy at Good Shepherd Church, Philadelphia, Pa. He 
worked for Penn Jersey Stores before entering the United States Army. 
In the Army, he was stationed in Germany. While in Germany, Frank spent 
one of his leaves in Italy visiting his cousins in Caserta.
Frank was a hardwood floor installer. He worked at Wikening Piston Ring 
for a short time, and also worked at Fels Naptha, both in Philadelphia, 
Pa.
Frank was an avid baseball fan. He also enjoyed reading, carpentry, and 
woodcraft. Frank did not marry.
Frank died at the Veterans Adminstration Hospital in Bay Pines, Fla.
