Clarence Suglia, 83, of Bern Township, died Dec. 8, 2012, at 8:33 p.m. in his 
residence.
He was the husband of Joan (LIVING) Suglia. They were married for 42 years and 
together for 52 years.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Paul and Margaret (Rodio) Suglia.
He worked as a brakeman for the Reading Railroad, retiring in 1990. He was a 1948 
graduate of Reading H.S. and was a member of Victor Emmanuel Society, West 
Wyomissing Fire Co. and the Goodwill Beneficial Association.
He enjoyed golfing, doing projects and anything having to do with cars, especially 
automobile racing. He was a volunteer with the Delaware Valley Golden Retriever 
Rescue.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three brothers and one sister.
He was predeceased by a son, Kerry M. Suglia, in 2008.
Interment in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Twp.
