He [John de Willoughby] married, before 1349, Cecily, sister and (in her issue) coheir 
of William (DE UFFORD), 2nd EARL OF SUFFOLK, 2nd but 1st surviving daughter of 
Robert, 1st EARL OF SUFFOLK, by Margaret, great-aunt and (in her issue) heir of 
John (de Norwich), 2nd Lord Norwich, daughter of Sir Walter DE NORWICH, of 
Sculthorpe, Norfolk. She died before him. He died 29 March 1372, aged 43, and was
