Mrs. Rose M. Ali, 87, Wenatchee, died in East Wenatchee convalescent center early 
this morning.

She was born Rose Marie Colella, July 25, 1896, in Seattle. She attended Seattle 
schools and married Dominic Ali there. In 1936 she moved to Santa Barbara, Calif., 
where she was a hostess in the Hotel Mirasol. In January 1964, she came to 
Wenatchee to make her home with her daughter.

Mrs. Ali was a member of the Catholic Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Joe (Marian) Freeze, Wenatchee; two sisters: 
Mrs. Anne Reeser and Mrs. Nettie Preston, both of Prineville, OR; a stepsister, Mrs. 
Angelina Bullock, Seattle; a grandson; two great-grandchildren; and two great-great 
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, and one son, James Ali. 
Jones & Jones Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
