Domenic Ali, 83, of 1019 Darmouth, died in a local hospital Friday following a brief 
illness.

Born in Italy April 19, 1881, he spent his early life there and in 1903 moved to New 
York. A longtime resident of Seattle, he married Rose Marie Colello there. He had 
worked as a shoemaker for many years until his retirement. Ten years ago he came to 
Wenatchee to make his home with his daughter, Mrs. [Marian J.] Joe Freeze . He was 
a member of the Catholic Church.

Surviving are his wife, Wenatchee; one son, James Ali, Orange, California; one 
daughter Mrs. Freeze; one sister Mrs. Margaret Zito, Los Angeles; and one grandson, 
William B. Freeze, Wenatchee.

Jones & Jones Funeral Home is in charge of funeral arrangements.
