She was married to a man named Carson, who was the father of Gerald & 
Mildred.Douglas was born out of wedlock, but assumed the name Ingersoll.Later she 
married a man by the surname Jeremy.She was cremated after her death and her 
ashes were place behind a brick in Gerald's fireplace.She had been living in that 
house while Gerald was still in the Army.Ashes were later buried in Cedaredge.
Maude was in the last Sioux uprising as a baby.She and her parents were traveling 
from the Dakotas to Minnesota in a covered wagon.
She was a nurse and worked with the mentally ill as a young woman.
